Wallington is a quiet suburban town in the London borough of Sutton, it is close to Banstead, 5 min drive into the country side but is well connected by trains to and from london. Hope this helps. Elle

Hi their,
I saw your advertisement for an exchange to zones 1&2 I live in SW9 which is the start of zone 2, (Brixton/Stockwell) it is a first floor 2 bedroom flat newly decorated, newly fitted kitchen (all modern) kitchen less than 6 months old. Newly fitted neutral carpets in all 3 rooms i.e.: bedrooms and sitting room. with flooring in the hall way. All rooms are of a good size, 2nd room larger than most 2nd bedrooms.
the block of flats is on an estate but it is at the start of the estate and it's well maintained and fairly quiet all day and night. Lots of greenery and play parks for children.
5 min of less walk to Brixton tube station, 2 min walk to train station or a 2 min walk to the bus stop....which has direct access to the city of London and the west-end of London.
