I have a 2 bedroom flat in bromley the flat is roughly 3-4 yrs old and is very modern,
It has 2 large bedrooms a large hallway not a massive kitchen but an ok size, also a utility room for a tumble dryer and there are 2 big shelvs in there for storage,
The batroom has a bath with mixer taps on it with a very powerfull shower.
The whole of the flat is very bright and spaciouse with laminated flooring throughout {light wood} the living room is quite large with 2 lots of glass doors looking out onto 2 seperate balconys.
I have recently decorated the flat and its all very modern with neutral colours throughout, Appart from my daughters room wich is baby pink an baby purple a real disney princess room perfect for a little girl!!!
I also have central heating and double glazing.
The building is 2 storeys high an my flat is on the 2nd floor unfortunatly i dont have a garden but there is a communal garden downstaires which is perfect if u have kids as most of my neighbours have children and they all play with each other down there!
I have my own parking bay at the bk of the property with a permit which is supplied by my housing association and is for residants only, You can also have a visitors permit for anyone that visits an owns a car.
