You can join here Advert Subject: 3 bedroom house se3 want 2/3 bedroom house or bungalow i have a 3 bedroom mid terraced house in se3, bout 15 minutes from eltham. i am the first tenant who has lived here, reasonably new houses, only 8 years old. lovely area, close to local shops, schools, doctors, train staition, and bus stop seconds away. located in a quite area, not on a main road with a lovely large green area just seconds away. has toliet/bathroom upstairs aswell as a big toilet downstairs which can be turned into a wet room but we have turned it into a utility room. has a kitchen/diner with back door leading out to the back garden which is a reasonable size, easy to maintain with decking thoughout. has our own two parking spaces which are located right outside our house, and our own little built area for wheelie bin. has wide doors throughout the house which is ideal for disabled. carpet and flooring thoughout, double glazed windows. 2 bedrooms are reasonable doubles and one is a single. take alook at my pics of the place>>> Only registered users can see contact details on ukhomeswap!
