I have lovely large 2double bed ground floor garden flat in a victorian converted house, in a quiet friendly street, in Brixton/Hernehill, South London (last housing association in street). Close to all ammenities, some just been updated/refurbished,ie: Open air lido and lesiure centre. It has biggish bathroom and kitchen, leading to own garden. Large front/living room.
