Hi all. This house is a 3 bed detatched in a quiet cul-de-sac.
I rent from a housing association.

3 Bedrooms, 2 fair size, 1 small.
Central heating / Double Glazing.
There is a garden to the front and a small one to the rear.
Large garage.
There is a driveway big enough for 1 car.
In the lovely small town of Bolsover.
A few minutes walk to schools.
Just around the corner from Bolsover Castle.
10 minutes from M1.
The house is very clean and tidy, recently decorated.
Situated in a very respectable area.
I am looking to move to the Bournemouth area (or surrounding area up to 15 miles radius).
I need minmum 3 beds, but would consider 4 beds or anything with 2 large beds.
Bungalow or house, but dont want a flat.
