You can join here Advert Subject: Ground level front door, first floor 1 bedroom spacious flat Hi, this flat is in a quiet secluded area of Paulsgrove, Portsmouth, Hants. It is tastefully decorated in modern, neutral colours. The kitchen is due to be renewed in the next mouth or so. It is very big with a large lounge in which i also have ample room for my table and chairs. The bedroom is also spacious even with my furniture and bed in. You come up the stairs, at the top you have the kitchen to the left, then the bathroom, follow the hall round and the bedroom on the right and the frontroom in front of you.It has all just been decorated (kitchen awaiting the council who are fitting brand new units, tiling, flooring and painting!) There are new carpets throughout so the flat is ready to live in. I want a swap into Gosport to be near my family and friends. The communual gardens are well kept by the residents and won an award for best kept garden last year. They are very friendly and welcomed me when i moved in and i have made good friends here who i will miss.
