Close to Station, Bus Stops, Historical local pub and other entertainment, walking distance of local school and playgroups, near to local facilities and shopping centre.
LOCATION:
This is an ideal location for a single mother, or a person/couple who works in London. The neighbours are extremely lovely and i love them all to bits, i love my flat and i love the location, but due to an expanding family I need to move, as me and my partner have a 7 year old son and i'm hoping to start trying for a new baby next year and i want to be moved and settled before i fall pregnant.
THE FLAT:
The flat is gorgeous, i've been here 6 years i love it, there are 2 good sized bedrooms, a huge living area, newly decorated bathroom and a Kitchen, the kitchen is small, but perfect (you need to view it to understand), my mother always said it was the perfect kitchen (everything fits in here perfect and less to tidy!). There are security doors to get in downstairs and one flight of stairs, NO graffitti, and being Kelsey Housing and Petts Wood, they are regularly kept clean and tidy.
