hi sarah,
We dont have a garden as we are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with another masionette blow us but we do have a balcony and our own brick shed downstairs. we also have use of a recently landscaped communal courtyard which is great for the kids and we are right next to a park and playing fields. There is a primary school and nursery just across the field, which is being knocked down next year and they are currently building a new state of the art school next door. there are 3 other primary schools in walking distance and 2 secondary schools. we are just across the road from the local shops with postoffice and takeaway etc and a 10 min walk to the town centre with a leisure centre, library and more shops including new look and boots etc.
We have 2 double rooms and 1 single, large airing cuboard which we use for storage, brand new modern fitted kitchen and new bathroom. Good sized lounge/diner and more cuboard space downstairs.
We dont have our own parking space but there is loads off parking just infront of the masionettes which means you can see your car from the lounge window and you can also hire a garage from the council. We have GCH and double glazing.

Hi Maria,
We have 2 double bedrooms and a single.We have a downstairs toilet and upstairs toilet/bathroom with over bath shower.
We have a fair size lounge and kitchen/diner that has patio doors and leads into the garden.
back garden is fully enclosed and has a 6 foot wall and lockable gate.
2 off road parking spaces.
We are close to southwick country park,sports centre,2 main secondry schools and 2 primary schools.
15 mins walk to town.
On the estate 2 mins away is a corner shop ,a hairdressers,fish and chip shop.
There is also a garden centre and college not far either.
