i live in vange basilodn in a large studio flat, im on the first floor on the corner (there is only one flat above n below me) My flat has a right to buy and they r going fairly cheaply. i have a nice sized balcony. The bathroom is average size and the kitchen is on the smaller side but plenty of storage and room for all apliances....the front room and bedroom are in one although the bedroom bit is in an l-shape and could be particioned off there is plenty of storage from built in cupboards and waldrobe. there is a car park outside with plenty of room to park. mY FLAT IS QUITE MODERN AND DECORATED NUTURAL COLORS, CREAMS AND BEIGE APART FROM THE BATHROOM THAT IS BLUE. I need to exchange for a larger place 1/2/3 bedrooms, the bigger the better as i intend to become a foster career and its so important to me and cant until i have a bigger place. Im close to main train lines to ;ondon and southend,,,,close to local schools, shops, etc etc very close to the a13 and a127.
