Looking for REDRUTH TRURO THREEMILESTONE ST AGNES CHASEWATER & Open to suggestions
Hello,
We live in a really lovely area of Troon, Its really quiet and theres a great sense of community. We have a primary school about one hundred yards from our house in one direction and a spar, chemist, pet shop, hairdressers and butchers all just a couple of hundred yards in the other.
Lovely roomy 2 bed house with right to buy!
Its really peaceful here, theres never any trouble and its a great place if your interested in horses / ponies as there are loads of stables and land being rented and used around this whole area. Its very much in the country compared to lots of other areas in Cornwall... its a proper country village.
We're close to Falmouth, Helston, St Ives, Newquay and Truro. There are beautiful sandy beaches within a five minute drive and the buses run back and forth to them all day!
Although we're very fond of Troon, My partner and i work in St Agnes and our children go to school in blackwater and St Agnes. Realistically, it would be easier for us to live more central as we quite often travel out of the county and live quite busy lives.
We're looking to stay in Cornwall but move to a 3 Bedroom house - we will consider any property and we don't mind getting our hands dirty if its a little run down even, so if you think you may have what we're after please give us a call or leave a message :)
