have a 3 bed in york and have a swap to aylesbury lined up but they want a 4 bed or 3 bed with seperate diner to convert into 4th bedroom any where in the north east.

on offer in york is a 3 bed semi large kitchen 1/4 acre gravelled and grassed garden brick shed drive way for 2 cars the back garden is very secure i have a dog like houdini and a 3 year old the same and they have never escaped the garden is great if you have kids/dogs to burn thier energy off. 15 mins walk to town centre buses every 12 mins doctors chemist shops all within a 10 min walk local primary school 10 mins away most of the houses in this street are bought now just a few that are rented
