Would you be interested in a brand new 2 bed house with garden in Surrey?
Or a luxury 2 bedroom housing association flat in Northampton?
I am looking to move to brighton my flat is compleat with intergrated appliances, granite worktops, granite window sills, built in modern wardrobes, italian style bathroom compleat with double shower, beday, toilet, bath and modern sink unit all mixer taps. The layout is open planned with a decent sized corridor the 2 bedrooms are quite small but the living area is large. I comfortly fit 2 sofa's a coffee table, a tv unit, a computar, a tumble dryer and a six seater table and at present a large xmas tree! as well as all my sons toys! There are private entry gates and allocated parking as well as extra parking and cctv. There is a £10.00 service charge per week to keep the up keep of the plants and shared areas and the windows being cleaned. It is a very quiet and private area with many local amenities and the town centre is a 10 min drive away. I would really like a 3 bed property but would take a 2 bed also.
