You can join here Advert Subject: Norwich to Cleveland/Durham exchange We are a couple living in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Norwich looking for an exchange, preferably in the Cleveland or Durham areas. Our flat is situated in Lakenham which is approx 1 and a half miles south of Norwich city centre, and close to Trowse where there is a lake and plenty of open countryside, nice for walking on a Sunday! The flat, which has been recently decorated but still needs carpets, comprises a small entrance hall leading to a large kitchen with a walk-in storage cupboard and plenty of worktop space. The front room is large with a serving hatch window looking into the kitchen and an airing cupboard containing a small radiator. The master bedroom is large and contains a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, 2nd bedroom is slightly smaller with a built-in cupboard. The bathroom is of a reasonable size with a new WC and a nice-sized bath and a pine bath panel. Double glazed windows throughout and gas central heating with a combination boiler that gives you instant hot water. We also have a small shed. All in all the flat is very nice, and the area we live in is very quiet.
