We have a two bedroom house (both bedrooms are large rooms) situated in New Eltham, London SE9. We come under a London postal address, but are on the borders of Kent with Sidcup only being 2 minutes walk away from us. Our nearest primary school is a Bexley Borough one, which is the best borough for schools. We have two toliets (one upstairs and one downstairs) All rooms are lovely sizes and nicely decorated. All rooms either have carpet, floor tiles or laminated flooring. Our house has Gas Central Heating and Double Glazed Windows. Our garden is a lovely sized garden with side gate; the garden has recently been done and consists of a patio and nice sized grassed area. You also have Right-to-Buy on this property and Pets are allowed.

Our home is on a private cul-de-sac and has residents only parking. Our neigbours are very quiet and friendly and, is a pleasant and enjoyable place to live. No trouble.

Outside our cul-de-sac we are a few minutes walk from the local shops, library, vets, park, primary schools, mainline train station (trains going into Central London approx 15 to 20 minutes or opposite way into coastal Kent)
The location we are in is perfect for the commuter either by train or by car.

We are looking to exchange for a 2 or 3 bedroom house/bungalow in any rural or coastal areas. We are particuarly interested in moving to Torbay areas (south devon) or Kent coastal areas, but we would consider any rural/coastal areas. We would also consider a 3 way swap.
