3 bed house. Conwy Valley area, approx 1 mile from Henryd, 2 miles from Gyffin in Conwy.
Nicely decorated throughout some recently decorated rooms. Large kitchen diner newly fitted December 2007. Good size bedrooms, even the smallest bedroom is a great size there are double beds in all 3 bedrooms. Rough sizes of living room and 2 larger bedrooms are 12" x 12". Laminate flooring in hall and living room. Fan ceiling light will be staying in living room if required, we will be slightly flexible on a lot of fixtures and fittings if wanted. Dark Varnished Floorboards in larger bedrooms. Bathroom has bath only, no shower but its a good size, if redesigned you could easily install both.
We get 2.5 meg Broadband!!! (Rare i know for rural)
Good size garden front and back. the bench in front will be staying too. Brick outbuildings with running water and electrics to main shed, good size lockable coal shed ideal for storing bikes etc.. Will be leaving our metal coal bunker too.
Most beautiful view of fields and mountains from front door. No houses in front, just gorgeous scenery. Childrens play park area outside door.
Solid fuel central heating, with attractive cast iron room heater. Only electric up here though, no gas.
Am leaving all vertical blinds as these were made to measure. Only about a couple of years old. My house has been a no smoking zone too so no yellow walls etc...
Large storage cupboard and understairs cupboard. Cat flap in back door, and also shed.
We have just had our brand new front door fitted last summer which really makes the property look much nicer.
Looking to stay in conwy area. maybe the Morfa or Bryn Felin way. Have kids with special needs so cannot possibly accept anything out of Conwy due to doctors and specialists etc... Must have garden and parking.

I love the greenery around your home, if you decide to move further a field please bear me in mind, i have a 3bed house, drive and gardens, wirral england, 20 mins from north wales.
