THE HOUSE IS A MID-LINK PROPERTY AND HAS GARDENS TO THE FRONT AND BACK.THE KITCHEN IS A GOOD SIZE AND FITS A DINING TABLE EASILY.THE FRONT ROOM IS LARGE AND BRIGHT.UPSTAIRS THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS A SEPERATE TOILET AND THE BATHROOM.PRUDHOE ITS SELF IS A VERY NICE AREA WITH EXCELLENT SCHOOLS AND LOCAL AMENITYS. MY ONLY REASON FOR WANTING TO MOVE IS DUE TO MY RECENT DIVORCE. THE NEIGHBOURS ARE VERY NICE AND THE AREA IS QUIET AND IS A GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS TO GROW UP IN.
I WILL CONSIDER ANY GENUINE AREA BUT IDEALY I WOULD LIKE TO GO FURTHER NORTH.I NEED A 3/4 BED PROPERTY. |

Hello there
How much further north?We live in Hadston nr Amble about 9m north of Morpeth. We have a 2 bed semi with large front and rear enclosed garden and drive, GCH, DG, kitchen/diner (also my studio!), sitting room, bathroom, bedrooms are both doubles. Our home is on a cul-de-sac looking over village green and rear is fields. shops 5 mins away, co-op, grocers, newsagents and post office, also a pub. One mile walk to the beach and National park. Area is being heavily invested in with council prospects for ecology homes.
