My Property:

I have a large 2 bedroom flat on the first floor of a small block. There are 4 flats in total in the block. We have a large kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms, a large living room, and medium sized bathroom. The hall is big and I use it as the dining area with a table and chairs. All the flats have there own private garden to the rear which are a nice size to maintain, not to big and not to small. There is also a garden to the front. We have gas central heating which I have had put in with a nice coal effect and chrome fire and pine surround and wooden floor in the living room.

Location:

The flat is located in a very small village 4 miles from Historical Chipping Norton. You would ideally need a car, however there is a bus service that comes through Chadlington. There is a fantastic primary school round the corner, and the main comprehensive school is in Chipping Norton, a coach pulls up round the corner to take the children and bring them back, we have a very nice local pub, a butchers, a village shop with post office and a home made food shop. Everywhere you look is green, we are surrounded by fields, hills and forrests, and its fantastic for walking with the dog, or going for a bike ride etc. Banbury is 15 miles and Oxford 20 miles, there is a train station in Charlbury which is 4 miles away that gets you to london or Manchester Piccadilly

The reason I need to move:

I would love to stay here, its the perfect beautiful country location, a fantastic place for my daughter to grow up and a very safe area, however I need to be nearer to my mum who lives in Stanley, County Durham.

What I am ideally looking for:

I would like to get into a house if possible, somewhere close to Stanley would be fantastic, I would consider anywhere surrounding this area. I would also be interested in Cumbria, and Northumberland too!
