You can join here Advert Subject: 3 BED CORNWALL LOOKING FOR RURAL VILLAGE NORTHAMPTONSHIRE I have a 3 bed terraced parlour type house in a small rural village called Lanivet. The house benefits from a major refurbishment completed Feb of last year, central heating, new kitchen/diner, windows and power shower. This is a beautiful village comprising of a Pub, church, school, shop, chip shop and restaurant is in easy reach of both North and South coasts of Cornwall with Newquay being only 16 miles and Mevagissey 12 miles. As i said it is a parlour type house therefore it has a small front room 12x10ft however a large kitchen/diner 18x14ft which i have a dining table accomodating up to six people a 2 seater sofa, my computer and there is still plenty of room. Two double bedrooms, i have a kingsize bed in my room, a double bed in my daughters room and the single bedroom. Sizes being 12x12, 12x10 and the small bedroom 8x7. Bathroom 7x5 with over bath power shower. 80ft back garden overlooking woodland and large stream, lovely to sit in the garden on a summers evening with a glass of wine and hear the water rippling through the woods. I am looking to move back up country as my daughter is expecting her first baby otherwise i would definately be staying in cornwall. I am looking for a 3 bed house in a RURAL village within 30 mile radius of Northampton. The more rural the better as i have always lived and wish to stay in a village environment. PLEASE NO ESTATES.
