hi i have a 3 bed house,big garden with shed.downstairs toilet, hall,frontroom ,large kitchen come dinner also big cubbard.up stairs main bedroom with built in his and her wardrobes, second bedroom plain, 3rd bedroom box but has a large built in cubbard.also on landing large airing cubbard, bathroom toilet,over the bath shower and sink. attic has been boarded out with light very handy. the house has gas central heating and double glazing. presteigne has 2 schools both with out standing grades 1 primary 1 high school both minutes away.also 2 minutes away there is a leisure centre with all ur usualls gym,squash courts, swimming pool, soft play area ect it also does all kinds of kids parties 4 a small fee that i have done my self loads of times cos they r very good.next 2 the leisure centre there is a huge field. on my estate { not very big} there is the doctors. a childrens park. just off the estate there is a shop. {very handy} town is a 2 minute walk there is about 20 shops. i also have 2 allocated parking spaces. 2 the back of me there is no houses only country side so i have no on lookers in the distance there is a old castle. my house is set back from road so u dont here the cars going by. i am looking 4 a 4+ bed plus with garden and good schools and playgroup as my children do go 2 playschool here that is excelent. will consider any area. if interested u can email me at

I have a 4 bed house over 3 floors. The top floor consisting of a toilet, 2 bedrooms and a "boxroom/study".

The second landing has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom ( with shower and toilet)

The groundfloor has the living room and kitchen along with another toilet.

We also have a garage that is included in the price of the rent.

The only carpet is on the stairs and upstairs landing as we suffer from allergies. The rest of the house is laminate / vinyl flooring.

Will take a 3 or 4 bed property in exchange.
