I live in a bright and spacious 2 bed flat in Eccles, about 6 miles west of manchester. The flat is one of six in a low rise block, with large rooms, separate dining room/study/office, big lounge, 2 balconies (not overlooked) and it is double glazed throughout. CCTV monitored parking area to rear of flats.
Its on a quiet side street within walking distance of tram, bus and rail links. Manchester is only 20 mins away. Liverpool less than an hour. There are plenty of amenities and stores close by including large stores and the Trafford Centre. The motorway network is within easy reach (but out of earshot!) and so is varied and stunning countryside.
I want to move to Kent - preferably in the Maidstone area (as near to the hospital as possible) I need a 2-3 bed property - don't mind whether its a house or flat. |
