You can join here Advert Subject: SW Wales for Oxfordshire,Herts,Bucks,Surrey(Weybridge only) Hi, we are looking for a swap to Oxfordshire/Tring, Hertfordshire/ Weybridge Surrey or Amersham, Bucks, from our 3 bed semi in SW Wales. End house with stunning views of the Black Mountains within Brecon Beacons National Park Boundary. Quiet rural village location. New kitchen and Bathroom installed next week (April). Open to all areas and multiswaps. We also need a special needs secondary unit/school for our autistic son, with a radius of 20 miles. Would like a 3/4 bed house, with a fair sized back garden, with double glazing, central heating and preferably a dining room, although that is not essential. Quiet area preferred, no estates please. I can email a more detailed description & photos to anyone interested. This is a much sought after house, due to it's beautiful location and peacefulness. Hoping to move this year if at all possible, due to my son starting a new school in September. I have to get a Placement for him as he has special needs.
