PostAdvert Subject: Beautiful Somerset Village with stunning views.

I have a house in a pretty village in south somerset. We are near Ham Hill country park with stunning views from the front and rear gardens. We are conveniently nestled so we have the best of both worlds - a rural postition which means we are very tranquil, quiet and picturesque but, we are 3 mins from the A303, 5 mins from Crewkerne, 10mins from Yeovil and 25 mins from J25 of the M5 at Taunton.

My house is a 2 bed property with one single bedroom (will fit double bed in) and one huge bedroom which is the entire depth of the house and is big enough to split in to two rooms as my neighbours have done already. It has airing cupboard, single built in wardrobe and front and rear windows with beautiful views. Upstairs bathroom; generous landing with huge walk in cupboard.
Downstairs is good sized hall with understairs storage. Rear facing lounge with open fire and large window looking out on the back garden and fields beyond. Large kitchen diner , again full depth of house, with room for all usual appliances. Parkray (solid fuel) for heating radiators and water. There is a walk in pantry with original cold stone and a large shelved storage cupboard. Rear of house has downstairs toilet, large outhouse with power/light and a working belfast sink. We also have a coal/log store. Large rear garden with mature shrubs and stunning views. Pedestrian access to side of house via metal gate. Front garden is laid to lawn with plum tree and mature shrubs. Parking to front of property.

Neighbours are lovely, most people live here their whole lives, street consists of 16 houses (about 50 houses in whole village). You are not overlooked and it is a real community spirit, so you can become as involved as you wish or not as the case may be. We have a lovely pub in the village which serves great food and we are walking distance from neighbouring villages with shops/schools etc as well as being within walking distance of Ham Hill Country Park itself and the facilities there.

We are looking to stay in Somerset and require a 2/3 bed house or bungalow (no flats/maisonettes).
We are genuine movers and we are looking to move as soon as we can find a suitable exchange, we are definitely not time wasters!!
As we are primarily moving for medical reasons, we are seeking a house with potential wheelchair access although we can do some adaptions. We would ideally like a driveway/off road parking, central heating and a reasonable sized enclosed garden - if you are interested in our home please contact me and I will reply to all messages. Hello, i was wondering if you are still looking, I have a two bed bungalow, it has got 2 steps up to the front door but i cant see there being a problem of putting a ramp there, should you need to. It has been recently decorated and has had a new fitted kitchen and bathroom put in.
