I have a 3 bed semi council home IN rowley regis , blackheath, b65 8ba with drive for 3 cars and side driveway to back garden with hardstanding for caravan bahind double wooden gates,large garden 140 x 42 roughly,2 patios 2 sheds ,lawned areas and borders, seperate lounge 14x12 with double aspect windows,dining room with open doorway to kitchen,main bedroom is 14x12 with double aspect windows, 2nd bedroom is also a double,3rd is a good single,still get 3/4 bed in with wardrobes etc, bathroom with shower over bath ,tiled floor to ceiling ,wc , also wc downstairs,new combie boiler, gas ch,. most homes have been bought in this avenue apart from 3,near shops train and bus service, park and schools,= !!!!!!!!!= WE need 3 or 4 bed semi any area considered , provided it has suitable accommodation to enable my mum to live with us,large garden would be nice, and offroad parking would be good as we have plenty here. must have wc downstairs, my mum has some disabilities and would find stairs difficult , We do not want london,would like semi rural but i am open to options,many thanks for reading.
