PostAdvert Subject: 3 bed lincs looking for Ipswich/Felixstowe/woodbridge
Hi we have a 3 bed semi-detached house in a large village location. The village is the largest in the UK, it's called Ruskington postcode ng34 9hf. We're 16 miles from Lincoln, 20 miles from Boston and 4 miles from Sleaford.
The house has a front garden with drive and an enclosed rear garden. There's two double bedrooms and a box room. The kitchen/diner were replaced approx 4 years ago and so was the bathroom. There's an overhead shower. The lounge is 15ft x 11ft.
The reason we need to move is husband is now working in Felixstowe and has to commute.
We are looking ideally for anything within 30 miles from Felixstowe, we will consider rural villages and will go as far out a s Bury St Edmunds.
We are serious about moving so can anyone help us !!! Crying or Very sad
