4 bedroomed semi detached (2 houses only) with 1 bedroom being downstairs with an en suite (walk in shower, toilet and sink), the size of the bedroom is 10' x 11' and shower room 10' x 6'.

Kitchen was decorated around 3 weeks ago with a fairly new fitted kitchen. The floor (and hallway floor) are ceramic tiled as we have 3 dogs that was done last year. The kitchen size is 13' x 11'

Downstairs toilet is 5' x 3' and this was fitted witha new toilet and sink last year and was decorated the same time as the kitchen.

There is a front porch with an attached brick shed where we keep tools etc and a large chest freezer.

Lounge is a good size 13' x 13' which again has recently been decorated and it has french doors which leads to a new conservatory (my dad finished about 2 months ago), again that has a ceramic tiled floor. And the size of the conservatory is 14' x 7'.

Upstairs we have 3 reasonably sized rooms 2 of them being large double rooms and 1 being a smaller room, and we have a bathroom which has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Small Room 9' x 9'

Our front garden is well secluded with a gateway to the house. The back garden is average sized but a little weird in shape but it has a large shed. The house is gas central heating fully double glazed, close to a large park with a lake (for walking the dogs). We are 10 min drive to Redditch town centre, close to first schools, middle schools and high schools.

hi its lynne again i am realy interested in your house trying to get to redditch to be nearer to family as i have a disabled daughter.
my house is in a lovely part of lowestoft has gas central heating double glazed a porch large driveway and large back garden.
