I have a large 3-bedroom maisonette conversion in a Victorian house. I am at Gipsy Hill, which is close to Crystal Palace, South London. This is a basement & ground floor flat. I have a large garden with a covered area. There is a big shed & a wooden greenhouse, that can be left upon agreement. This is a very spacious flat with lots of storage. I have a new fitted kitchen (Blue-wash wood) and a new bathroom & toilet. There is a 2nd toilet on the upper level. Most of the floors are laminated. All the rooms are of a good size, especially the master bedroom, which is huge. I am using one of the bedrooms as a dining room. There is off road parking. I am next to a station, which serves central London ( 20 mins) & Croydon ( 10 mins). There are lots of buses to most locations ( bus garage close by ) Close to shops, bars, restaurants, parks, schools, health centre and police stn.
