I have a large 3-bedroom conversion in a Victorian house. I am at Gipsy Hill, which is close to Crystal Palace, South London. This is a basement & ground floor flat. I have a large garden with a covered area. There is a big shed & a wooden green house, which can be left upon agreement. This is a very spacious flat with lots of storage. I have a new fitted kitchen (Blue-wash wood) and a new bathroom & toilet. There is a 2nd toilet on the upper level. Most of the floors are laminated. All the rooms are of a good size, especially the master bedroom, which is huge. I am currently using one of the bedrooms as a dining room. There is off road parking. I am next to a station, which serves central London (20 min) & Croydon (10 min). There are lots of buses to most locations (bus garage close by) Close to shops, bars, restaurants, parks, schools, health centre and police stn.

My ideal location is Brighton/Hove or somewhere along the South coast but I am also open to offers in any area. I am prepared to downsize to a 1 or 2-bed property provided it is spacious. A sole garden is a MUST.
