We have a 2 bedroom flat on 1st floor in Battersea, right behind the park parallel to Prince of Wales drive. It is NOT A TOWER BLOCK OR AN ESTATE, but a converted house where I have lived for 15 years.
We literally live behind Battersea park and are 90 seconds away on foot. We are on housing association.
2 double bedrooms, bathroom & kitchen. In late 2006 we had brand new kitchen, bathroom including toilet, bath, sinks, cupboards, tiling & all new flooring too. We had extractor fans fitted & rewiring throughout the whole flat including adding extra light switches & plug sockets in every room. This also included a new boiler and interactive fire alarm system, fire proof doors & secure personal post boxes.
Everything has been kept very well and the whole flat was also decorated a year ago to add to the new fixtures & fittings (only room not re painted was the kids room).
This is also in the LOWEST council tax band in London!!!!!
The flat is in a prime location Bus stop 1 min walk with buses 44 & 344, other stops 5 mins walk 137, 452, 156, 49, 345, 19 & also major train routes to waterloo, Clapham junction, Vauxhall & Victoria to name but a few.
Also a supermarket and many shops in the area & some of the best performing primary schools in Wandsworth.
We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom property. We have a child & have just got married so are looking to have more children.
a garden is preferrable and in a 2 bed is a must.
I am looking for properties in any London Boroughs or in Brighton, preferably with a garden. We are willing to move to the outskirts if necessary if we can travel into town within about 1 & ½ hours & have access to night travel such as night buses.

I have a fist floor 2bed double glaze flat. The 2 bed rooms are of a good size, one of the rooms has a huge built in double wardrobe and still has lots of space. The kitchen has not to long been newly fitted with lots of cupboard space too. The sitting room is large with a balcony that you can store bikes or you have enough space to hang your washing out on the line. there is lots of storage space too as we have two sheds either side of the flat.
you also have local doctors, dentist, library and a sports gym too. There are two buses that pass near by, that go to the town center,(10 min walk) and to blue water shopping center.
Dartford train station is close to the town center where you can get the trains that go direct to charring cross every day of the week.
The flat is in a very good location, with local shops minutes away, and three good schools within walking distance.
We are looking for a 3or 4 bed house or flat but not high rise, (London), in the lewisham or catford area near schools and shops as my boyfriend works in London so we need to move as soon as pos and wanting same kind of space and storage as we have 4 kids .
