Smile i have to swap a 2 bed spacious ground floor flat nicely decorated ,doubled glazed and had new kitchen fitted couple of years,by housing assoc, have large double bedroom and smaller room which can fit a double bed as my son had one in there. large lounge/ diner .
close to bus stops for leicester125 /nottingham99 and loughborough4, grassed play area outside .and parking to front and rear of flats.
close to schools and shops. friendly neighbours.

Smile need large 2bed loughborough property ,though not high rise as have pets to consider beside as well as own health issues.
