Advert Subject: Lutterworth - 2 bed end terrace, with drive and large garden |

The house is situated in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. It is a quiet town, with lots of amenities. The town is only a 3 min walk away and has everything to offer, ie, shops, chemists, chip shops, restuatants, pubs, post office, leisure centres and gym, salons and beauticians, also a market is held each Thursday and a farms market monthly. it also has a good bus service and is close to the main motorways.
It is approx 5 min drive from Rugby and about 15min from Coventry.
The house itself is situated on a quiet street with a very friendly atmosphere. It has two large bedrooms, a large bathroom, reasonable size front room and a large kitchen. It has full gas central heating and double glazing, and amply sockets in every room.
To the outside of the house there is a large long garden, and a large driveway to the side which you can fit two cars on, also a small front garden all of which is enclosed.
In the back garden there is a two brick sheds.
It is in a yob free area with no hangouts for any local louts. There is never any noise at nights or trouble. There is a shop at the end of the street and Morrisons is also just a two min walk away.
For anyone who has small children there is a large park at the end of the road and also the primary school is only about 2 min walk, also there is a nursery across the road.
I am looking for a two bedroom house, in the loughborough / hathern / shepshed areas. consider anything.
Please reply with road names, as i know the areas. |
