Front garden also very good size with gate to path.
The area is nice close to Northchurch.
Westfield First school is the closet school but quite few are within walking distance, Westfield being one of the best in schools in Hertfordshire with regards to their ofsted reports and SAT results.
Close to train station and the sports centre.
A few local shops.
Walking distance to the High street.
Ideally looking for a 2/3 Bed house in Hemel Hempstead, Areas considered, Boxmoor, Adeyfield, Nashmills, highfield.
Depending on area may consider a 2 bed flat. |

Hi i am sort of in the middle of swapping with someone in Hemel Hempstead at the moment, i havent signed anything yet though, if you can get someone to swap with you in hemel hempstead in a 3 bed house in a nice area i will agree to swap.
