I am putting this ad in for a friend. My friend has a lovely 2 bed house in Musbury, just outside of Axminster and about 10 miles from Honiton, their house has a large fitted kitchen with dining room, 2 large bedrooms, seperate bathroom/shower and WC. They are looking for a property in Honiton to be nearer work and family and are prepared to down size to a one bedroom property. There is a lady in Halberton nr cullompton who would like my friends property in Musbury. So we are looking for the missing link. We are looking for someone who wants to move out of Honiton and would like to go to the property in Halberton, so the lady in Halberton can move into my friends property in Musbury and my friend can move to the property in Honiton. Hope that all makes sense.

The two properties available are:

1) 2 bed house in Musbury, 2 large bedrooms, large fitted kitchen, small quiet village on main bus route.

2) 2 bes semi detached bungalow in Halberton Nr Cullompton with new fitted kitchen, large garden.

hi i have left an email on the other ad for you but i would be really intrested in the musbury house i live in seaton and have really got to move as this place has too many bad memories for my little boys musbury would be ideal as they are starting seaton primary september and i really dont want to unsettle them any more so if you think that you could help me i would be so so greatfull,

mine is a 2bed maisonette , balcony, rear enclosed garden, garage and parking, it has a large front room / dinning room leading on to the balcony, small kitchen, and wc on same floor, upstairs, 2 large double bedrooms ,bathroom, there is loads of storage cuboards its a lovely size place, its in a nice quite area with good neighbours,

the only reason i have to leave the property is my childrens bad memories and sleepless nights, thank laura,
