There is a lake with swans, bridge, aviaries, boating on the lake and a miniature railway for the children. Carlisle is now a major city and up and coming. Carlise is last of the cities to the Lake District, Beatrix Potter country and 13 miles from the Border of Scotland, Gretna. Penrith is 20 miles away, and the nearest sea is the Solway. Outstanding! 1Bed(quiet) appt in two storey Appt block, in centre of B'ham excellent location. Balcony/parking Also its a right to buy housing association property, located right on the canal adjacent to parade.
Two train stations in 5min walk distance, Bullring/Mailbox/Broad st/ Mechu, Apre the Vault, Virtue and Blu Bars all in 5-7mins walk.
You'll be hard pushed to get a better location.
It's due to work why i'll be willing to swap, i'd prefer a place with right to buy but will consider others too.
