In egremont wallasey .across the road from egremont promenade. close to local shops school and bus services. Clinic and chemist and driving test centre a few minutes walk. Over the road from egremont promenade, were you can walk along the prom to new brighton or seacombe, liverpool can be seen across the river, a ferry service runs from seacombe ferry a 10 mins walk from the house. Egremont primary school is a 2 minute walk, and has a very good reputation. Liscard town centre is a 10 minute walk, or 2 mins in the car. There is a local swimming baths a 10 minute walk from the house or 2 mins in car. 30 foot garden with drive at the rear of the property accesed from church meadow close off church street.
