3 bed in chell heath, stoke on trent looking for similar size property. close to nursery, primary schools and local shops.on bus route. looking for a fresh start after job change which is no longer in the area we live so we are not committed to stay here. nice neighbours, one house next door is bought. we have new large kitchen/dining with lots of cuboards and room for tumble dryer and dishwasher. new bathroom suite and new combi boiler. new carpets throughout and large windows that make the house bright. view of fields opposite between the houses. plenty of storage cuboards. patio area out in the backgarden with grass/shrubs and one low maintiance hedge.front garden is large with shrubs and hedges and has potential for a driveway. both gardens are securely fenced off.
we are after a property with a larger back garden,and driveway if possible or some kind of parking. not bothered about decor. we are not really after towns but need to be quite close to schools.
