RIGHT HERE WE GO... Ok,I have on offer a freshly decorated 2 bedroomed house which boasts a lovely large lounge,bright kitchen with plenty of storage,freshly turfed front garden and rear garden with patio and freshly stained fencing and a shed to match. You can join here Advert Subject: this is getting depressing now,not after a mansion or trying to move abroad,just after a 2 bed house or maybe a 3 if possible in seaford,denton,south heighton,newhaven,or brighton as part of a 3 way,or anywhere that has a 3 bed apart from hastings as part of a 3 way. Only reason for the move is my mother lives in seaford and is disabled and on her own,so i need to be nearer,other than that i would stay here as its lovely. Its nice and quiet in a close,theres hardly any cars that come and go so perfect if you have kids as they can play out side on thier bikes quite happily,i did hav a swap lined up but unfortunatly our house is a 2 bed and they needed a 3 anyone reading this who may be able to help,please get in touch asap,we have spent fortunes on this house,and it is all ready to make its new ocupents very happy i feel. we would even consider making the master bedroom into 2 for the new tenant if it helped?as it has 2 windows and lots of power points,so splitting it into 2 wouldnt be a problem. You can join here Advert Subject: there must be someone that wants my house??? all i need is a 2 or 3 bed place in seaford,or even newhaven/denton etc. only wanting to move as my mum is disabled and lives on her own so have to help her out,and living in eastbourne puts an unessasary(sp) journey into the mix as well as having 2 young children to juggle my time with! anyone who thinks they can help please get in touch,i have been offered a 3 bed in st leonards which is lovely,and also a 3 bed in hastings with garage/workshop/double drive,large garden etc,also some 2 bed houses,ad a 3 bed in surrey! i NEED to complete a multi swap either 1)a 3 bed house in various areas other than hastings (typical ive been offered 2 lol) or 2) a 2 bed house,with garden or maybe even a 1 bed with private garden in brighton. You can join here Advert Subject: update today we had the double glazing checked and all blown units replaced so now in top spec,also had all handles replaced with new ones and keys,and back door seals replaced also! this house is mint,nothing needs doing whatsoever,all decor is fresh,flooring is fresh,it has a nice good sized garden,with patio,it has a shed,all fencing has been stained to match the shed,it has 2 driveways,it has 2 double bedrooms one of which could be converted to 2 bedrooms,possibly by me for the right serious mover,it has a large loung,bright kitchen with loads of storage,under the stairs cupboard,built in wardrobes in both bedrooms. And we are serious movers,if you have a property which we want we will be straight from the start,and move things along as quickly as poss for both parties,we will not back out last minute or change our minds etc,we are serious and have a genuine reason for moving otherwise we would quite happily stay here!
