I have a 3 bedroom cottage style house in a Lovley road in Eltham. Close to excellent schools, shops, transport links, high street docters etc all in walikng distance. As well as the beautiful pleasaunce woods common and parks.
GCH, D/G, Front and back garden, newly refurbished 18 months ago so new kithchen, rads, boiler, bathroom and toilet both down stairs!
Clean and in good condition new carpets and underlay upstairs. Room sizes ~

My duaghter is currently in the master room as we also use it a the main play room, It is very big 16ft x 9ft. When we first moved in we had our double bed, triple wardrobe, another large pine wardrobe, and 2 large set of drawers with floor space.

My son is currently in the box room, it will take a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. It is approx 7.5ft x 8ft

We are curently in the second room which is approx 7.5 x 11ft and we have our double bed, large pine drawers and triple wardrobe in there.

The front room is 16ft x 14ft, there is a large cupboard under the stairs for storage.

The kitchen is 7ft x 12ft and all units including boiler are 18 months old. We do have a small table in there with 4 chairs.

The bathroom and toilet are in a new extension on the ground floor and are also 18 months old including radiators so its nice and warm.

All rooms have deep alcoves which is great for shelving to add extra storage and there is a huge loft.

The garden is 16ft x 35ft and mostly lawned but there is a small patio area. It is a low maintenance garden with a large yew tree at the bottom for added privacy. And the front garden is about 16ft x 9ft

There is no off street parking but there is always parking directly outside the house and the neighbors do respect ''your'' parking space, plus you could turn the front garden into a drivway as it is big enough.

I am willing to swap for a 3 bedroom house in Charlton or very close, we are desperate to move as i need to be closer to my mum as she unwell and i dont drive so getting there is akward.
