One bed flat with own front door, entrance and residents parking. Situated within 5 mins walking distance to train station, high street and local schools and corner shop.

The flat is spacious and has alot of cupboard storage space. The flat is run on electric - no gas. We have not long decorated and are only moving due to new baby (and hopefully more). Very quiet area due to mainly elderly residents. Shame to be moving.

Looking for 1/2/3 bed property. Any area considered apart from London. Mainly looking to move up North.
