Modern 3 bedroom semi detatched house in Oxfordshire on the A418 1 mile from the Oxford services Junction 8a M40.
Two double bedrooms one single bedroom. Down stairs toilete
upstairs bathroom, with toilete bath and shower. Large front room / living room, Large Kitchen / dinner. Huge Garden fenced all around. Double glazing, patio doors, central heating, gas and electricity supply for cooking.
Buses travel every 30 mins to Thame and Wheatley which are the two nearest Towns about 5 mins away and the buses then travel onto one way Aylesbury 20 mins or the other direction Oxford 20 mins away.
View at back of house is fields, view from front of house across the road is a 200 year old house.
There is parking at the side of the property behind our wooden gate which is large enough for a people carrier, then there is a built up vegatable patch and rockery. The front drive holds three cars.
If you like rural counrtyside this is a great place, the red kites swarm in groups of 20, beautiful large birds, you can see foxes and munk jacks from the garden, ocasional badger, numerous beautiful birds and countless tiny creatures, we even have door mice living behind the garden shed. Night time numerous owls and bats.
There are numerous country walks and woodland if you like walking in the country side.
This is definatly rural counrtyside in its full glory unspoilt by too many houses and too much noise like lots of areas !!!!!!!!

I wish to move to South West area, Plymouth, Plympton, Cornwall, Saltash or any area consider South West
I would like a min of four bedrooms with a garden and parking or 3 bedrooms with a seperate dinning room, garden and parking.
