You can join here Advert Subject: 3 Bedroom Maisonette Orpington Wanted 2+ Bed House Orpington 3 Bedroom in Orpington Wanted 2+ House in Orpington or surrounding I have a very large 3 bedroom, first floor maisonette, large living room, large brand new fitted kitchen, with room for table and chairs and downstairs toilet. 2 very large double bedrooms and a single room but easily fits a double bed and furniture, with built in wardrobe and good size bathroom. I have three large storage cupboards including airing cupboard. The double glazing and front door was put in about 5 months ago and the central heating is less than a year old. My home is recently decorated to a high standard in creams, chocolates and neutrals. I have really lovely neighbours and the front and back entry have security locks/intercoms fitted and we have a resident car park outside. Garages are available to rent. I love this house reason for wanting to move is because i am a childminder and i am only allowed 1 child as i am on the first floor.
