I have 4 bed semi detached house, 2 large bedrooms, with built in wardrobes, 1 medium size bedroom and 1 small bedroom (which at the moment has a single bed and a cot bed one each side of the window), front garden with a drive (2 cars can park easily), side entrance to back garden (100ft x45ft) approx. All rooms decorated one year ago. Fitted kitchen. One bathroom. Carpet in all bedrooms, stairs and lounge, laminate flooring in dining area. The lounge/dining room is one large room that goes from the front of the house to the back of the house, and uses most of the floor space downstairs. Back door leads out on to a small patio area and the rest of the garden is laid to lawn. Garden has bags of potential for anyone with green fingers as its still a blank canvas.
