Hi we have a nice 3 bed house with a small dining room that could be used for a 4th bedroom as we have not got anywhere with only looking for kent i am posting this new post to see who would consider moving to our area i am open to offers anywhere around the surrey section of the M25 from opington round to M40
we really need a 4 bedroom but would consider a large 3 if i can get two single beds in the smallest room

here is what we have

We have a nice 3 bed semi detached house in new addington, croydon, south london, (we dont live on fieldway or cudham drive)it is in a nice quite area we have a green in front of us and a large front garden with side access to back garden which is also a nice size with shed, patio and fenced off grass area
this house could be made in to a 4 bed with the kitchen/dinning room having a partision put between them at the moment the doorway to kitchen is borded up
this could be done as room would have its own window and door leading off of the front room you would only lose one unit from kitchen.
the size of room would be 9ftx9ft but of course be down stairs.

AREA

Although we are in croydon we are very near to biggin hill which is in kent we are about 10mins away from Croydon town centre and 15 mins from Bromley we are out in the country a bit with lots of fields, golf courses and horse stables around, we are like in our own little town with our own fire/ambalance,station, swimming pool, libary, and community centre.
primary schools are close by with a few to choose from also near to charles darwin, shirley, and hayes high schools local shops are a few mins walk ie p/o chemist and chipshop with bigger shops ie icelands, woolies, a short ride away.

HOUSE

Inside there is a large open planed front room which leads into the kitchen and dining room at the back, upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms one with fitted wardrobes and one small bedroom (but i do have bunk beds in there) the bathroom has been tiled through out and has a new suite in it, also windows and back door have just been replaced (beg of september.)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a large 3 bedroom so i can have 2 single beds (not bunk beds as girls are getting to big for them) in the smallest room or 4 bedroom house or maybe a house that could be made bigger (as we have 5 children) in the Bromley area ie beckenham/ hayes/ farnborough/ bromley common/ opington or croydon side west wickham/ shirley . other areas considered lee green, mottingham, grove park, downham, westerham, keston, and biggin hill. also would consider for the right house epsom, banstead, wallington, roundshaw as have family that way.

Would only consider staying up addington or in croydon for a 4 bedroom ( would need to be near 119,314.or other bus routes to bromley do not want fieldway/cudham drive) as at the moment we live next to our auntie and uncle and only want a bigger house not nicer neighbours.
