Hi there , i have a three bedroom house in leicester road shepway maidstone kent. All the bedrooms are of a nice size. The house is a nice size but is in need of some tender loving care decorating wise. The previous owner before me did not keep this up and as i have four children and one being disabled, i have not had the time to do it.
The garden at the front is medium size and the back garden is very large. The fencing in the back garden needs replacing and is down to be done with the council on the fencing program.
I am looking for a 3/4 bedroom house anywhere really, i open to most offers except Tovil. I deally i would like an adapted house as my daughter is disabled but not a main issue as long as the house can be adapted.
