2/3 bed house in chadwell heath (the main bedroom has been converted into 2 with a hallway, must be seen), driveway, long back garden, school shops 1 min walk away, all other amenities within 10 min walk. just decorated throughout.
we have a genuine reason for moving.
no flats or maisonnettes and we do not want to move to london.
please no timewasters.
I NOW HAVE SOMEONE INTERSTED IN MY HOUSE SO NEED TO COMPLETE 3 WAY SWAP. THEY HAVE A 2 BED TOWN HOUSE IN THORPE BAY, VERY NICE AREA, THE HOUSE IS LOVELY JUST NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR US! BIG LIVING ROOM, LONG KITCHEN AND 2 GOOD SIZED BEDROOMS, THE HOUSE IS 5 MINS WALK TO THE BEACH.
would like 3 bed house, anywhere between chadwell heath and witham along the a12!
must have a dining area, ie lounge/diner, kitchen/diner or seperate dining room. preferably have off road parking and ideally be close to school and shops etc.
