I have a 2 bed split level ground floor flat in High Wycombe. The 2 bedrooms are a lovely large size and both are the same size. The bathroom is spacious, the hallway leads down into the lounge via a couple of step and this is a lovely size and opens on to the kitchen. I have a back door that leads from the lounge to a good sized patio for my own use and this patio leads to the residential carpark. There is also ample parking at the front of the block. This flat is in a block of 6 flats and has a main security door and intercom.

I am going to be decorating the Hallway and the bathroom within the next month other than that the flat is in good decorative order.

I am very close to 3 good schools 2 of which have pre school facilities. There are shops within a 2 min walk of the flat, Butcher, Newsagents x 2, post office,Chippy,Chinese take away, petrol station,hairdressers and library.
The bus route is great and you can get a bus every 15 mins into the local town centre...There is a retail park that is 10 mins walk away and this has pizza hut, KFC, comet, wickes, Argos, M&s,Land of Leather and pc world.

There are great transport links from this area you can get to the M40 within 5 mins and the train station and bus station are only 10-15 mins away.

I would like a 2/3 bed property within High Wycombe I am open to any area in High Wycombe.
