The house has carpet and laminate with velux windows and blinds, pvc doors and windows with double glazing. Close to local amenities and bus routes.
We are looking for a two bedroom house or ground floor flat in Brighton or Lewes (no whitehawk, moulscombe)

Hi, where abouts are you in wooding dean?
I have a lovely 2bed flat in brighton just off selfover street a short walk from the level nd london road.
All the rooms are a good size the main bed room is good size the other is a perfect size for a child, the kichen is good size, toilet has bath and shower, front room is large with small balcony with a lovely view, parking with permit. I have my own front door with a small gardan....
