I have a lovley 3 bedroom flat on the 1st floor with a balcony on a low rise block. Lovely green communal gardens in a small peaceful eastate. Lots of parking space is available with a garage. Schools and local shops are 2 minutes away. Very good publics transport network with buses connecting to Bromely and Bluewater which are excellent for shopping. Trams are only a 7 minute walk away. Trams take you to East Croydon main station whereby you can easily connect to central london and the south coast i.e Brighton and Worthing.

I would like to swap for a 3+ bed house in Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Crawley, Redhill and would consider any other areas out of London.
