Hello, I exchange my flat in Barcelona (totally center) by yours/your in New York, Saint Francisco. London or where ever you offer me ( out of Spain), for the month of August (Flexible).
I´m spanish student who want to stay out of spain in August , for improve my english and know new places . I´m tidy and clean, abaut two of this isn´t going to be any problem, at least I´m going to travell alone.
The flat wich I´m talking abaut is 40 m , with too many light; It is a second floor without elevator, its very calm, there´re 2 double rooms. Entirely reformed, with wash-machine, fridge, oven, internet by wifi or wire, Tv-Dvd, Parket soil, complete bathroom with tud... totally equiped.
Its near supermarkets, pharmacies, near of Liceo or Drassanes subway ( Line 3, direct to the Park Güell, Montjuïc, Plaza Cataluña, Gracia...), also are direct buses to the beach zone ( in 5 minutes) or 10 walking.
To less than 5 minutes walking you will be on the Ramblas, suitable to visit all the historical center,Gothic zone, Mercat de la Boquería, Picasso, Big Theater Liceo, The Macba, The CCCB and the Maritim Museum, in addition to the Acuario, Tleférico... all is next to the flat.
It is perfect for individual or cuple.
