| My husband and I are very happy here only reason we are looking to move is that I am disabled and tied to the flat alot so would like a garden. It is beautifully situated at the very end of a no through road with a 5 acre field in front of lounge window with plenty of wildlife and open spaces. Within walking distance of KENILWORTH CASTLE and ABBEY FIELDS where there is also a swimming pool. So if there is anyone out there with a 2 BED BUNGALOW and finding it to much with a garden and wouldnt mind moving to a flat but somewhere nice then this could be the place for you. We have a large 2 bedroom semi detached adapted bungalow in Hull - East Yorkshire (HU9 5SQ)
There is no though road for cars (cul de sac type) only pedestrians.
The bungalow is wheelchair friendly with ramps at the front and rear of the bungalow.
It has its own side gate which leads to your own enclosed garden with purpose built brick shed.
There is a parking space for 2 cars at the side of the bungalow.
all local amenities are 2 mins walk away.
The bungalow was built in 1996 it has gas central heating and gas fire and double glazed windows.
You can cook with either gas or electric.
A new walk in shower has just been fitted with a non-slip flooring and fold away seat and a grab rail.
Room Sizes
Living Room......14ft x 14ft
Kitchen..... 10ft x 9ft
Hallway..... 8ft 4" x 6ft 5"
Small Bedroom.. 10ft 2" x 11ft 5"
Main Bedroom..... 10ft 9" x 13ft 5"
Bathroom... 8ft x 6ft 5"
Seaside resorts are a 15 to 20 minute drive away (Hornsea / Withernsea) and 30 to 45 minutes drive to Bridlington and Scarborough
Bus service is at the end of the turning (1 minute walk ) which would take you into city centre.
The stipulation for living here is. You have to be disabled.
You are allowed pets.
We are looking for a 2 bed bungalow or a large 1 bedroom or a ground floor flat or 2/ 3 bedroom house with a through floor lift and a walk in shower...
We are not looking for any area in particular, no family here now. So open to suggestions.
