Property details I am looking for an urgent exchange for my son who urgently needs to move back to Harrogate because of ill health.
His flat consists of lounge/open plan kitchen, fully fitted white bathroom and overbath power shower, 2 good sized double bedrooms and an enclosed large paved back yard with direct access.
The property has benefited from a total refurbishment 2 years ago and it has only been my son there since. This is a converted house and there is only one other flat in the building. hence they are both a good size.
The property has the added security of fire alarms, smoke detectors and an internal cctv camera viewable from inside to see who is at the front and rear of the building.
The main door from the street, which opens into a hallway, with access to both flat doors, is a secure lock and can entry can only be gained by key or by the occupier 'buzzing' you in.
Once inside the flat at ground level, there is a long hallway which leads to the lounge/kitchen and also the private back door for rear access. The lounge is a reasonable size and has two very good sized windows on either wall. The kitchen is well fitted with modern units and space for a gas/electric cooker washing machine etc.
Back into the hall you will find a staircase which takes you upstairs to two good sized bedrooms. Both are bright and airy.
It is up here you will find the fully fitted bathroom, in white, with over the bath power shower.
Whilst this appears to be a house it is defined as a flat because it is one house split into two, but down the middle instead of upstairs and downstairs.
The rent is in the region of £60.00 per week and council tax believed to be Band A.
The property is close to schools, doctors, local shops, bus stop and approx 6 mins walk from sea.
It is in a very pleasant area of North Shore and is very quiet with parking outside.
The property is fully double glazed and has full gas central heating.
We would consider helping towards removal costs of other party if we could find the right property in Harrogate and we could exchange quickly.

One last thing, pets are not allowed(ie in particular dogs)

we have a very nice one bed and a small box room flat near the village of shadwell in Leeeds. Harrogate is very easily accessible from here as we are on the main Harrogate road and it is a safe, fast and pretty drive. It takes me 15 to 20 mins from here.
If your interested, let me know, I need to move to your area because of health as well. Can explain later.
The area I live in has no children, very quiet and is probably in the richest area of Leeds where all the big houses are. It lies at the bottom of the car insuance risk level, so that may say something. we never get crime round here. It is very upmarket and well sought after.
Please advise as I havce a video of the flat for your perusal if things work out. |

Thanks for the offer, but really need Harrogate or Knaresborough as driving is not an option. needs to be within close proximity to family.
However, would consider a multi swap if you find anyone in Harrogate looking for your area.

3 Bedroom Semi-Detached Modern Type House based in Huddersfield,
We have a 3 bed semi in Huddersfield, west yorkshire, its a cornor house so has gardens on all 3 sides and, all fenced and gates, most of the neighbours have bought infact only 2 council houses left is mine and house across road.
Many shops within walking distance, post office, shops, fish and chip shop all within walking distance only 1,5 miles away from the centre of huddersfield and about 14 miles away from leeds city centre great for shopping, nearest supermarket is tesco 2 miles down the road in the center, morissons is about 3 miles away in wakefield road.
the house itself we have lived in for two years and like most people on here we have treated as our own and not council, large living room and kitchen with seprate pantry, bathroom with bath and power shower all new bathroom. windows, its is decorated in a modern style with wooden floors through out except the kitchen that is ceramic tiled and carpet on the stairs, also two out storage one the size of a large shed could keep about 4-5 motor bikes in it easy other a little smaller, and a Toilet.
We want to move London 2 or idealy 3, garden is a must bigger the better.
